About the Speaker:
Nancy S. Kirkpatrick, JD, MS, is the Dean of University Libraries at Florida International University, where she oversees a $17 million budget and leads over 100 faculty and staff across two campuses. Nancy's dynamic leadership is key to transforming FIU Libraries into a cutting-edge operation that serves one of the largest public universities in the U.S. Previously, she was the Executive Director & CEO of OhioNet, where she successfully led strategic initiatives that modernized the organization and expanded its services to hundreds of member libraries. Nancy also operates her consulting firm, NSK Consulting, focusing on appreciative inquiry and human-centered design. With advanced degrees in law and library science, she brings a wealth of experience to fostering growth, innovation, and inclusivity in library services.
