As Associate Dean for Collection Services, my areas of responsibility include the E-Resources & Systems, Metadata & Collection Management, and Special Collections & University Archives departments, as well as oversight of the library budget.
My current professional interests include strategic planning, collection management and assessment, and inclusive and equitable staff recruitment, retention, and development.
